TERMS FOR PHOTOGRAPHY
Terms: By using our photography services, you agree to these terms.
Photography for private individuals is intended for non-commercial use only. All prices are listed in SEK and include VAT. Payment is made via Swish or bank transfer.
Age: Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
Photo time: Refers to the total time on site, including outfit changes and setup. Effective shooting time is approximately 50 minutes per hour.
Booking and rebooking: The booking fee must be paid within 3 days. The fee is non-refundable. Failure to attend will result in a charge. Rescheduling must be requested via email at least 24 hours in advance and must be within 3 months. In case of rain, the session will be automatically rescheduled. Unpaid bookings are automatically canceled.
Right of withdrawal: The standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to customized services.
Travel: Travel beyond the included distance is charged at 20 SEK/km. The photographer is based in Södermalm.
Retouching and editing: Standard retouching includes basic skin adjustments and a black-and-white version. Basic editing includes adjustments to light, contrast, and color.
Delivery: Images are delivered digitally via a download link (ZIP file). Files are in JPG format, approximately 4500px in size. Images may be used for private purposes (social media, printing, etc.).
Use of images Online: When publishing images online, Photographer Jonas Wahlin + www.ModellfotografStockholm.com must be credited. You are also encouraged to tag @ModellfotografStockholm on social media.
Confidentiality: Your images are private and will only be published with your consent (except in paid collaborations).
